Let's Talk
So since I have slowed things down due to the summer and the noise I am kind of missing the weekly contact. If any of you would like a chat via skype or some other chat platform let me know. I'd be happy to talk with you about yoga in any respect. The noise is coming to an end, finally, so I know I will be back up and running as usual by the end of August after I return from my summer vacation. Also, I'd like to talk about the layout of the site. I may give it some more changes in the coming months so some feedback would be nice. Enjoy the rest of the summer and just be in touch if you want to chat.

More Noise
So I woke up this morning and jumped out of bed ready to make a new clip for you all. Once I was ready I heard the workers arriving to the flat next door but though that I could carry on because for the past week or so since I have been back they have been relatively tame. Minutes after I had that thought the craziness ensued. Not only did they pull out what seemed to be all of their power tools but suddenly I heard what sounded like yet another wall crumbling and they have been going non stop ever since. For my sanity and also the fact that I miss being able to make these videos whenever I want I really hope they are finished soon. There really should be laws against this. Sometimes city living is just that, noisy. At least the yoga keeps me quiet on the inside.

Second Home Away From Home
So I just got back from Spain and Madrid has stolen a little piece of my heart. I immediately felt at home and right in the swing of things there. Not only did we have the most wonderful hosts in a great neighborhood but the atmosphere was the closest thing to home I have felt in Europe. It made me miss New Orleans but also long for a bigger change in my geographical location. I have a good life here in Amsterdam but sometimes I feel like there is need for change. Change is good, no? As far as the yoga goes, I saw lots of people with mats in Madrid so maybe it's a sign. I guess I need to start learning Spanish. I hope you are happy with the site the way it is for a while. It will be getting a face lift in the coming months so that even more is available on a full time basis. Enjoy the warm sunny months and I hope to be posting videos again soon. The neighbors are almost finished with the construction so it should become easier as summer ends. Let me know if you have any special requests for that time.
